Human Resources Services at Ekol Maritime
The human resources department within the Ekol Maritime Training Center operates under the name “Ekol Occupational Safety Training and Personnel Consultancy Inc.” and carries out private employment office activities in connection with İŞKUR.
In addition to providing internships, job placement, and professional consulting services to the personnel receiving two-year officer training at Ekol Maritime Training Center, the human resources department also manages employment activities and offers professional consulting for personnel who graduate from the courses provided by the training center.
Deck Personnel
Our human resources department is in constant contact with companies in the maritime sector and provides professional support for employment in every position within the crew of a ship.
For deck personnel, this includes positions such as: Captain, 2nd Captain, 3rd Captain, Deck Intern, Deck Lostromos, Lantern Keeper, Chief Seaman, Seaman, Deck Fitter, Electro-technical Officer, and Electro-technical Crew.
Engine Personnel
For engine personnel, this includes positions such as: Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer, 3rd Engineer, 4th Engineer, Engine Intern, Engine Lostromos, Chief Engine Crew, Oiler, Engine Fitter, Electro-technical Officer, and Electro-technical Crew.

Catering and Hotel Services
Our human resources department also manages the personnel for the catering and hotel services of our national drilling ships and platforms. These services are managed by Ekol Human Resources, overseeing around 100 personnel in positions such as campboss, chef, cook, and steward.
Ekol Occupational Safety Training and Personnel Consultancy Inc. is one of the few companies in Turkey certified by the “Turkish Lloyd,” a “Classification and Conformity Assessment Organization” providing classification, inspection, and certification services, and is subject to periodic inspections every year.
