Who can become a seafarer?
Any person who is a citizen of the Republic of Turkey and has reached the age of 16 can become a seafarer, and can also receive a “Health Certificate” and “Fingerprint Registration Certificate”.

At what time intervals are training courses held?
Our training courses take place every weekday from 09:00 to 16:00.

What is the minimum level of education required to become a seafarer?
It takes at least 8 years of primary education to become a seafarer.

Is the attendance for training and courses compulsory?
Attendance is compulsory for all of our training courses.

What are the documents required for registration?
- Seafarer Health Certificate/Report
- Copy of ID
- Original and a Copy Diploma or Education Certificate
- Police Clearence Certificate
- Place of Residence Certificate
- 2 Photographs (Passport)
- Fingerprint Registration Certificate

At the moment, all of our training courses are conducted in person - this is in accordance with the law of the Ministry to which we are a member.
